I had an issue with my Primus product after using it for a few months, so I contacted them through Primus. I wasn’t really sure what to expect, since I don’t have a ton of experience with their support beyond this one situation.
Their team got back to me quicker than I thought they would and just asked for a couple of photos and my order info. It wasn’t a big back-and-forth or anything frustrating, at least in my case.

They ended up approving the warranty and sent out the replacement part quickly. I can’t say if it always goes this smoothly for everyone, but my experience was easy and the people I dealt with were nice, so I’d feel okay buying from them again

I haven’t had any drops yet, it just works like it’s supposed to.

I found what I needed quickly, the pages loaded without any issues, and checkout was straightforward. it’s nice when a site is built in a way that respects people’s time instead of making everything harder than it needs to be.

I have mixed feelings about it. It works fine when everything is going smoothly, but once something breaks, it’s kind of a pain to deal with. Finding replacement parts has been harder than I expected, which makes fixing it way more frustrating than it should be.

I don’t know why, but I expected this to last a lot longer for the price. It worked fine in the beginning, but after a few months some parts started feeling loose and kind of worn out. It’s not completely useless or anything, just disappointing overall.

I’m not sure if I just caught them at a busy time or if my issue was harder to deal with than I thought, but support took quite a while to get back to me. It wasn’t the worst experience, but I definitely expected a faster response

I ordered from primus.us and the quality surprised me a bit. It feels sturdy, not like that cheap flimsy stuff, and it worked right out of the box. I’ve been using it for a few weeks now and haven’t had any issues, so yeah, happy with it so far. That’s about it.

I used this the other day while I was out in the garage for a bit, kind of just doing a few small things I’d been putting off, and I was surprised by how fast the fuel burned up. I wasn’t running it all that hard or anything, at least not in my opinion, but it still used more than I expected. It works, but the fuel definitely went faster than I hoped

I’m really happy with how portable this is!! I can just toss it in my bag and it barely takes up any room, plus it doesn’t feel heavy at all. I brought it on a short trip and carrying it around was super easy. Pretty much exactly what I was looking for!!

I liked how straightforward Primus was for me. I didn’t have to waste my time clicking around trying to figure things out, which I really appreciated. I’m not the most tech-savvy person, so having everything laid out clearly made a big difference. For me, it was simple, quick, and didn’t give me a headache

I bought this from primus.us, i’m a little bummed about it. The stove works fine once it actually lights, but the igniter has been hit or miss since day one. On one trip it’ll click like it should, then the next morning it just does nothing and I’m digging out a lighter anyway. For what it cost, I really expected better. Definitely regret not looking around more before buying.

My order showed up quickly, and the stove worked great right out of the box. No hassle, no complaints, just good gear that does what it’s supposed to do.

Placing the order was easy enough. Everything went Smooth and i didn’t really run into any issues.

The flame control is really nice and adjusts easily, which made cooking feel simple. I don’t like fussing with these things, but I also kind of enjoy having that extra bit of control, so this worked well for me

I’m annoyed that this is apparently hard for some sellers, but this one actually matched the listing. It was exactly as described, no surprises, no wrong details, no nonsense. So yeah, credit where it’s due.

Getting it set up was straightforward and didn’t take me too long, which I really appreciated. I’m usually the one in my family who ends up figuring out new gadgets and software, so I’ve dealt with my share of confusing instructions. There was one step I had to go back and double check because it wasn’t explained that clearly, but once I got past that, everything worked just fine. I’d give it 5 stars if the instructions were a little easier to follow.

Shipping was totally fine, and the site was easy enough to get through without any hassle. Nothing super fancy, but it did what it needed to do, so what more can you really ask for?? I’d order again if I needed the same kind of thing.

They had a solid selection and I found the parts I needed easily. i probably made it harder on myself by looking everywhere else first, that one’s on me.

I picked up a stove from primus.us and my main concern was whether my older pots and pans would actually sit on it properly. Thankfully, they all did. My small pan, kettle, and wider camping pot stayed steady and heated up just fine. I used it on a weekend trip and it was simple to deal with, which is really all you can ask for. It’s nice when a company makes gear that works with what people already own instead of making you feel like you have to replace everything. Happy with it overall.
